Blu for Account & User Summaries
Blu generates a short AI summary for every user and account, shown on the Overview tab, plus a chat panel to ask follow-up questions grounded in that same data.
Overview
Every user and account in Intempt gets an AI-generated summary from Blu, shown in an "Ask Blu" card on its Overview tab. The card gives you a few sentences on who this person or company is, and a button to open a live chat with Blu about that same user or account.

How it works
The "Ask Blu" summary card
The "Ask Blu" card sits at the top of the left column on a user's or account's Overview tab. It shows the entity's name and a summary Blu generated from:
- Its attributes.
- Its engagement metrics from Intempt's analytics (for example, activity scores and interaction counts).
Blu keeps the summary to two to four sentences. For a user, it focuses on professional role, company, location, key characteristics, and engagement patterns. For an account, it focuses on company size, industry, location, business characteristics, and engagement patterns.
📘 Good to know
If Blu hasn't generated a summary for a user yet, the card doesn't show at all on that user's Overview tab. On an account's Overview tab, the card still shows, with a note that the summary will be available soon.
Chatting with Blu about a user or account
Click Chat about this user (or Chat about this account) on the summary card to open Blu Live, a chat panel scoped to that one entity. Blu answers from the same attributes and engagement data behind the summary, so you can ask about anything the summary didn't cover.

Before you type anything, Blu Live shows a list of suggested questions you can click instead:
- On a user's page: "Users who signed up in the last 7 days," "High-value customers by lifetime value," "Users with declining engagement," "Power users with high session activity."
- On an account's page: the account's name followed by "overview," plus "Account health," "How to close?," and "Key stakeholders."
Type your own question in the message box if none of the suggestions fit. Blu streams its answer back into the same panel.
Use cases
- Prepping for a call. Read an account's summary card for a fast recap before you dial in, instead of scanning its full attribute list.
- Qualifying a new lead. Check a user's summary for role, company, and engagement signals without opening every attribute.
- Briefing a teammate. Point them at the summary card instead of writing a hand-off note from scratch.
- Digging past the summary. Click "Chat about this account" to ask something the two-to-four-sentence summary didn't cover.
- Checking in on an account before a renewal call. Read the summary's engagement framing before you reach out.
- Getting up to speed on an inherited account. Read the summary, then ask Blu follow-up questions instead of reading the whole activity timeline.
- Confirming a user's details before outreach. Ask Blu Live a direct question instead of scrolling the attributes sidebar.
Getting started
- Go to Users or Accounts from the sidebar nav.
- Click any row to open that user's or account's details page.
- On the Overview tab, find the "Ask Blu" card and read the summary.
- Click Chat about this user or Chat about this account to open Blu Live.
- Click a suggested question or type your own, then read Blu's answer in the panel.
