We have released Snippets, which let you reuse content blocks across email, SMS, and more — without rebuilding them every time. You can also turn on Smart Snippets, where AI generates personalized snippet content for each user using prompts. Add a fallback to make sure there's always a backup if no value exists.

You can now create segments based on the consents users have provided. Use these consent-based segments across journeys, experiences, and analytics. You can also plug segments directly into reports — funnels, retention, insights, and dashboards for deeper analysis.

We’ve added backend support to send messages within a specific time window based on the user’s local timezone.
Useful for avoiding off-hour sends across regions. UI coming soon.
