We’re rolling out Journey 2.0, a major upgrade to how you build, track, and optimize lifecycle workflows. The new Journey Canvas gives you a smoother, more flexible way to design experiences across channels. You can now zoom and pan freely, manage branches without clutter, and edit steps without losing context.
We’ve also introduced Notes for Analytics. Now you can leave context right inside your dashboards—whether it’s tracking why a spike happened, flagging a segment shift, or tagging a teammate.
In Insights, we’ve added support for Stacked Bar Charts. It’s a cleaner way to visualize multiple cohorts or behaviors side-by-side.
