It's really simple. You can import via XML or JSON using the built-in wizard, or if you're on Shopify, there's a one-click sync that pulls everything in automatically. You map your product attributes (price, category, inventory, etc.) so Intempt knows what to work with, takes minutes, not days.

What recommendation algorithms are available in Intempt?

You've got a solid range of 16 algorithms: Best-selling, Newest, Most Popular, Viewed Together, Purchased Together, Category Affinity, and more. You pick what makes sense for each placement, maybe "Purchased Together" on the cart page and "Best-selling" for first-time visitors who don't have browsing history yet.

What happens if there aren't enough products to fill a recommendation widget?

Intempt handles this automatically with fallback logic. If your primary algorithm doesn't have enough results (say, a new user with no browsing history), it falls back to secondary algorithms that do have results. Your widget always looks full, no awkward empty slots.
