Subprocessors

The current list of authorized subprocessors, including their functions and hosting locations, is maintained below. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before engaging any new subprocessor.

All subprocessors are hosted in the United States. EEA, UK, and Switzerland transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum per the Data Processing Addendum.

Opt-In Integrations

If you enable third-party integrations through the Services (for example, HubSpot, Shopify, or Slack), those third-party services may process Customer Data in accordance with your configuration and their own terms. Webhook endpoints that you configure are your designated destinations and are not Intempt subprocessors.
