How to enrich profiles with outside data

1. 1Open Users and pick a profile with empty outside fields such as company data.
2. 2Select that row, click Enrich, choose Enrich Profiles (or Enrich Companies from Accounts), and wait for Enrichment completed.

1. 1.Run node --version and confirm Node 18 or newer.
2. 2.Install the CLI: npm install -g @intempt-technologies/cli
3. 3.Run intempt --version to confirm the binary is on PATH.
4. 4.In your project directory run intempt init, read the detected framework line, and choose AI scan, Guided or Empty.
5. 5.Review the proposed events: choose Accept, Toggle events to include or exclude each one, or Refine with AI.
6. 6.Run cat intempt.yaml to see the written plan.
7. 7.Run intempt init again with the file present and read the menu: Evaluate, Evolve, or Start fresh. Evolve offers AI scan, Describe and Manual.
8. 8.Run intempt --help and read the full command list.
9. 9.With no credentials set, run intempt status, then intempt generate, then intempt validate, and note there is no auth prompt.
10. 10.Run a credentialed command without a key, for example intempt content generate-email "spring sale", and read the failure.
11. 11.Re-run it with --api-key, or export INTEMPT_API_KEY, or run intempt login once. Blur the key on camera.
12. 12.Connect the MCP server to your agent: in Claude Code run claude mcp add intempt -- npx -y @intempt-technologies/mcp, or configure any host to run npx -y @intempt-technologies/mcp.
13. 13.Ask the agent to log in (login tool), then check whoami and use_project to set the org and project.
14. 14.Run tools/list in your MCP client and note how many tools come back.
15. 15.Set INTEMPT_MCP_TOOLS to the waves you want, for example core,meetings,read,analytics,content, restart the host and run tools/list again.
16. 16.Leave the write wave off unless you mean it: it holds the deletes, which have no undo.

The core stack (everything you actually need)

The CLI and MCP server are free and open source. Enrichment uses AI credits; an email check costs 1 credit.
