How to find the events you already have and add your own

An event is any interaction a user has with your website or app, built from autotracked or custom events plus filters, and used to target segments, journeys, and experiences.

  2. 2Back on Table, filter or sort by the Type column so Ingested, Created and System are all visible.

You are done when

  • The JavaScript source shows Type Source and Status Active on the Connections tab.
  • An event from your own page appears in Events, Live after a reload.
  • Table shows Ingested, Created and System rows, and you built one Created event.
  • A record() call arrives in Live carrying the user.
  • The Event type dropdown header shows your provisioned collection count.
