Lesson 3
How to go from zero to a live project
Sign up, create your organization, and complete the core setup steps that get real customer data flowing through Intempt.
Video comingThe video is being filmed. The steps below are the whole lesson.
In this lesson
- 1Open Integrations, click Add integration, pick JavaScript under Sources and walk to the installation snippet (do not paste a real key).
- 2Write down which events you need and why before tracking anything (tracking plan).
- 3Open Users, then Events in its secondary nav, click Create event, pick the Event type, add a condition and Save.
- 4Build a segment on that event: filter Users with Filters, then Save as new segment and watch the count.

You are done when
- The same person shows the same email and attribute when opened from Users and from an account's Users tab.
- One attribute name appears in Attributes, the Journeys trigger condition picker, and Accounts Filters.
- A JavaScript source exists, one event is defined, and one segment shows a member count.
