Lesson 2
How the five products share one customer profile
Intempt is agentic software for GTM teams: one customer context, five products, and the agents that work inside each one.
Video comingThe video is being filmed. The steps below are the whole lesson.
In this lesson
- 1Expand each group and check its items: Design (Avatars, Poses, Scenes, Design System), Marketing (Catalog, Journeys, Experiences), Sales (Accounts, Meetings), Analytics (Boards).
- 2Open Attributes and read the name of one attribute.
- 3Open Journeys, open a journey's trigger (Who enters this journey?) and find the same attribute in the condition picker. Do not save.
- 4Open Accounts, click Filters, find the same attribute, close without applying.
Setup checklist
The 13 steps to get a live project running, from your first sign-in to your first segment with real members. Tick them off as you go; your ticks stay in this browser.

You are done when
- The same person shows the same email and attribute when opened from Users and from an account's Users tab.
- One attribute name appears in Attributes, the Journeys trigger condition picker, and Accounts Filters.
- A JavaScript source exists, one event is defined, and one segment shows a member count.
Your tech stack and tools
The core stack (everything you actually need)
- Intempt console (This is where everything in this course happens. The Free plan covers it)
- JavaScript source (This is how your website starts sending data. You connect it in the lesson on going from zero to a live project)
- Quick Start Guide (This is the step-by-step reference if you want to read along)
Highly recommended optional upgrades that level up your work
- iOS SDK (This is how your iPhone app sends data, if you have one)
- Android SDK (This is the same for your Android app)
- HubSpot (This is how your existing sales data comes in, if you use HubSpot)
- Shopify (This is how your store orders come in, if you sell on Shopify)
Everything in this course is free. The Free plan covers up to 3 seats and 1 project, with 100K events a month included.
