Overview

Live Meeting Assist is Blu operating in a proactive mode. During an active call, a small overlay window (the HUD) surfaces coaching guidance on its own, without you asking for it. This is different from asking Blu a question directly, which the same window also supports.

The HUD has three tabs: Coach, Ask, and Transcript.

Coach tab

This is the proactive part. As the call progresses, Blu adds coaching cards to this tab on its own. Each card is one of two types:

• Action. A specific thing to do or say right now.
• Strategy. Broader guidance on how to approach the rest of the call.

A sentiment indicator (positive, neutral, or negative) sits alongside the coaching cards. Before any coaching has come in, the tab shows an empty state. If coaching fails to load, you'll see an error message with a retry button.

📘 Good to know

Coaching cards appear based on what's happening in the conversation. You don't control when they show up. If you want to ask Blu something specific instead, use the Ask tab.

Ask tab

This is the reactive counterpart to Coach. Type a question and Blu answers using the context of the current call. There are also quick-prompt shortcuts for common requests: an executive brief, action items, a coaching review, a follow-up email, and deal risk.

Transcript tab

Shows the live transcript of the call as it comes in, with each line labeled by speaker and marked as either in-room (your microphone) or virtual (the remote side of the call).
