Variable pay on top of your base salary. Commission is tied to real revenue -- Stripe confirms the payment before anything pays out. For base compensation details, see Compensation.

GTM team

GTM team members earn variable commission on top of base salary. Commission is tied to real revenue -- Stripe confirms the payment before anything pays out. Clean periods apply by deal size.

The one rule: commission only pays when Stripe confirms successful payment. No exceptions.

Target customer: SaaS, eCommerce, DTC, or B2B growth team. 5 to 500 employees.

Customers

30% revenue share for referrals. 12-month earning period. Sliding cap: $500 for small, $1,000 for medium, $2,500 for large.

Affiliates
