GTM team
GTM team members earn variable commission on top of base salary. Commission is tied to real revenue -- Stripe confirms the payment before anything pays out. Clean periods apply by deal size.
Target customer: SaaS, eCommerce, DTC, or B2B growth team. 5 to 500 employees.
Customers
30% revenue share for referrals. 12-month earning period. Sliding cap: $500 for small, $1,000 for medium, $2,500 for large.
Affiliates

Signed client engagement required. 30% recurring revenue share, lifetime, uncapped. Must actively service the client.
