  • Exceed expectations consistently for 3 quarters and you're eligible for a raise. This means performing at a new normal within your job level.
  • Meet expectations at the next job level for 3 quarters and you're eligible for a promotion.
  • Milestone-based raises and promotions happen the calendar month after the milestone is achieved.
  • You don't need to worry about it. Follow your natural rate of growth. We have a yearly anniversary conversation to talk it through.
