Paid time off

First 90 days
No PTO during the first 90 days. You're building trust, learning how we work, and getting up to speed. Show up strong, earn trust fast.
If you have a pre-planned vacation, raise it with your manager before starting. If you get sick, take the time you need and coordinate a makeup on a weekend day (not evenings).
Vacation
After 90 days, manage your own time. Hit your daily and weekly goals, then take time when you need it. Celebrate whatever holidays you celebrate. Most people take about 2 weeks per year.
Family leave
Primary caregiver: 12 weeks at 100% pay. Secondary caregiver: 4 weeks at 100% pay. Additional 8 weeks unpaid is optional.
Maternity: inform your lead and HR 3 months before due date. Birth leave: 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after (or 4 weeks after).
Sick days & personal leave
We don't track sick days. Mental health days are encouraged. Let your team know when you're sick and when you expect to be back.
Personal leave for serious medical situations: 4 weeks at 100% pay, then 50% pay up to 12 weeks total.
