🏠 Why remote works

  • Better work-life balance
  • Save commute time
  • Save money
  • More productive in your own environment

🔌 What you need

Furniture, hardware, software, solid internet (50 to 100 mbps), and AI tooling access. We provide Claude Pro, Lovable, and Cursor licenses for every team member. After probation, we help with hardware upgrades.

🪑 Ergonomics and routine

Your desk, monitor, lighting, and chair matter more than you think. Small improvements compound. Your back will thank you in 5 years.

  • Position your monitor at eye level - looking down strains your neck
  • If using a laptop, get a separate keyboard and a stand or riser
  • Noise-canceling headphones help if your environment is loud
  • Good lighting reduces eye strain - natural light is best

🕐 Working routine

Remote freedom is real, but so is remote drift. A routine keeps you sane:

  • Don't work from bed. Set boundaries for when work starts and ends
  • Make a task list each day so you know what done looks like
  • Unplug when you're done - close the laptop, leave the desk, take real breaks
