The Monday List
Rank Monday outreach by the week's intent signals
$ npx skills add sidchaudhary/gtm-skills/skills/sdr/the-monday-listWhat it does
Turns a week of intent signals into a ranked Monday-morning outreach list with a channel per account.
You'll know it's time when...
Monday mornings start without a clear list, and intent signals are being ignored by the time reps see them.
How it works
Run it in three steps
Install
Copy the install command above and run it in your project.
Ask Claude
Ask for what you need in plain English, no prompt tuning required.

Claude returns a structured artifact aligned to your ICP and voice.
The Monday List
Process a week of intent signals and return a ranked outreach list so the team starts Monday acting, not reading.
How to run
Ask the user for:
- Their ICP (company size, target roles, industries)
- Their product and what problem it solves in one sentence
- Signal weighting preference: ask which signal types matter most for their ICP (funding, leadership hires, job postings, stack changes, LinkedIn activity, product usage events)
- This week's signals: one account per line in any format (company name + signal type + detail + date)
If the user pastes a messy export from Clay, CRM alerts, or LinkedIn notifications, clean it up before processing. Do not ask them to reformat it.
Output format
Return a ranked table:
| Rank | Company | Strongest Signal | Why This Week | Channel |
|---|
- Rank: 1 = highest priority
- Strongest Signal: the single signal driving the rank (one phrase)
- Why This Week: one sentence, why reach out this week specifically, not next week or last week
- Channel: Email / LinkedIn / Call with one-word reason in parentheses
After the table, add three sections:
Top 3 to action today Name the top three accounts and write one sentence on exactly what to say in the first touch, specific to their signal, not a generic opener.
Accounts to remove Any accounts in this week's batch with no ICP fit or no signal worth acting on. One-line reason per account.
Signal gaps Any accounts in the pipeline that had no signal this week and have been inactive for more than two weeks. Flag them as candidates for a pipeline review.
Signal weighting defaults
If the user does not specify, use this order:
- Funding event (last 180 days): high
- Leadership hire in a target role (last 90 days): high
- Job posting for SDR, RevOps, lifecycle, or growth ops: medium
- Stack change (tool added or dropped): medium
- Product usage event (hit limit, increased usage): high
- LinkedIn activity from a contact: low
Quality check before returning
Before returning the output, verify:
- Does every row's "Why This Week" reason actually explain why now, using only the signal, detail, and date the user pasted, not just restate the signal, and never inventing a stat, timeline, or stakeholder detail not present in that input?
- Are accounts with no ICP fit or no actionable signal moved to "Accounts to remove" rather than left ranked in the main table?
- Are accounts inactive for more than two weeks with no signal flagged in "Signal gaps," not silently dropped?
- Does each of the Top 3 accounts get a first-touch line specific to its actual signal, not a generic opener?
If any check fails, fix the relevant row or section before returning. Do not return a draft that fails a check.

This is one of 12 SDR skills. They chain - the order you run them in changes what you get, and running one in isolation usually means re-answering setup another skill already captured. 12 best Claude Code skills for SDRs walks the whole pack in the order the skills actually chain.
Two ways to run it.
Pick your Claude surface. Both paths take under a minute.
npx skills add sidchaudhary/gtm-skills installs the whole set via the community skills CLI. If you'd rather not run a third-party CLI, use either path below to install the ZIP directly.- Open Settings, then Capabilities
- Turn on code execution if it isn't already on
- Upload the .zip you downloaded
- Unzip the download
- Drop the folder into
~/.claude/skills/(or.claude/skills/in a project) - Claude Code finds it automatically

Questions about The Monday List
Everything you need before installing, plus how the skill actually behaves once Claude picks it up.
Turns a week of intent signals into a ranked Monday-morning outreach list with a channel per account. It's a Claude Agent Skill - a folder with a SKILL.md file and reference material - so Claude loads the methodology on demand when you ask for what you need in plain language, instead of you pasting a template.
