Cookie Policy
Last Modified: March 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Intempt Technologies LLC uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our websites (including intempt.com), use our applications, or interact with our services.
1. What Cookies Are. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to provide analytics and usage data, and to deliver personalized experiences.
2. Essential Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication, session management, security, and fraud prevention. These cookies are necessary for the basic functioning of our websites and cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
3. Analytics Cookies. We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our websites, to measure site performance, and to improve the user experience. These may include tools such as Google Analytics.
4. Marketing Cookies. We use marketing cookies for retargeting and advertising through third-party platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. We may use enhanced conversions, including hashed identifiers, to measure advertising performance.
5. Third-Party Cookies. Some cookies are placed by third-party advertising and analytics providers when you visit our websites. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we do not control the cookies they set.
6. Your Choices. We provide a cookie consent banner for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and in other jurisdictions where required by law. You may manage your cookie preferences through this banner at any time. Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (youronlinechoices.eu).
7. Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signals as required under applicable California law. A GPC signal from your browser will be treated as a request to opt out of sharing your personal information with advertising partners. California residents may also exercise this right by contacting hey@intempt.com with 'California Opt-Out' in the subject line.
8. Customer Tracking Technologies. Intempt provides SDKs and tracking pixels that our customers deploy on their own websites and applications to collect behavioral data about their end users. The use of those technologies is governed by the Customer Terms of Service, the DPA, and the AUP, and is not covered by this Cookie Policy. Our customers are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining consents for their use of Intempt tracking technologies.
9. Cookie Retention. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period, typically up to thirteen (13) months for analytics cookies and up to thirteen (13) months for marketing cookies. You may clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
