Recency, Frequency, Monetary value (RFM), Activity score, Fit score, Lifecycle stage, and Churn risk. All are calculated continuously from live events — not on a nightly batch. You can also define custom computed traits using any event or attribute.

Data Hub integrates with People Data Labs (PDL) for user enrichment (job title, company, social profiles) and Dropcontact for verified business emails (50–80% match rate, GDPR-compliant). Enrichment can run manually or be triggered automatically inside a Journey.

Data Hub accepts Segment's spec natively — your existing event names and properties work without renaming. Historical data can be backfilled via API. Most teams migrate in under a week without changing any tracking code.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. You get field-level access controls, IP allowlisting for integrations, and a full audit log. Consent and retention controls are built into the data layer — not a separate tool.
