Offer Terms

2.1 How credits apply. An Offer credit is a fixed amount deducted from each eligible monthly subscription invoice issued during the Offer period stated in the Schedule, which starts on the day the code is redeemed. After the Offer period ends, the subscription continues at the price then in effect until it is cancelled under the Agreement.

2.2 What credits cover. A credit applies to the charges on the subscription invoice, including plan seats, AI Pass and usage charges. A credit does not apply to credit top-ups, auto-reload purchases, usage prepay commitments, plans billed through a third-party marketplace such as Shopify, or services provided under an Order Form, unless the Order Form says otherwise.

2.3 Tax and currency. Credits are stated in U.S. dollars and are applied before tax. If an invoice is issued in another currency, the credit is converted at the exchange rate our payment processor applies to that invoice.

2.4 No rollover. A credit cannot reduce an invoice below zero. Any part of a monthly credit that exceeds the invoice amount expires with that invoice and does not carry forward.

2.5 No cash value. Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another organization, sold, or refunded.

3.1 Eligibility. Each Offer is available only to the organizations described in the Schedule and only on monthly billing, unless the Schedule states otherwise.

3.2 One Offer per organization. An organization may redeem one Offer code in total. Offer codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other discount, promotion or negotiated pricing. Creating additional accounts or organizations to redeem an Offer more than once is not permitted.

3.3 Restricted codes. Partner codes are valid only when issued by an authorized Intempt partner. Named codes are issued by Intempt to a specific organization and may be redeemed only by that organization. No partner, reseller or employee may change these Offer Terms.

3.4 Deadlines and availability. Each Offer code must be redeemed by the deadline stated in the Schedule. Offer codes have a limited number of redemptions and may become unavailable before the deadline.

4.1 Cancellation. If the subscription is cancelled, or the Agreement ends, before the Offer period ends, any remaining credit is forfeited. Resubscribing does not restore it.

4.2 Plan changes. A credit continues to apply to eligible monthly invoices if the organization changes plan, seats or AI Pass during the Offer period. A change to annual billing ends the Offer.

4.3 Refunds and withdrawal. If an invoice to which a credit was applied is refunded, charged back, or cancelled under a statutory withdrawal right such as the EU consumer withdrawal right in the Agreement, the credit applied to that invoice is not reissued.

5.1 Changing or ending an Offer. Intempt may change, suspend or end any Offer, or stop accepting new redemptions, at any time. A change will not reduce a credit that an organization has already redeemed, except under Section 5.2.

5.2 Misuse. Intempt may refuse a redemption, and may cancel or recover credits, where an Offer code was obtained or used through fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, unauthorized distribution of a restricted code, or a breach of these Offer Terms or the Agreement.

5.3 Where prohibited. Offers are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Launch offer 2026. Available to organizations making their first payment to Intempt, on a new monthly subscription bought at Intempt checkout. It is not available to existing or former paying customers.

• Partner codes: $250 USD credit per monthly invoice. Issued by authorized partners.
• Named codes: $500 USD credit per monthly invoice. Issued by Intempt to a specific organization.

Offer period: three (3) months from the day the code is redeemed. Redemption deadline: 23:59 UTC on December 31, 2026.
