The Brand Kit is the source of truth for everything Blu generates. It stores your brand identity, customer profiles, and company knowledge so every asset, message, and response Blu produces is consistent and on-brand without you briefing it every time.

Identity covers who you are and how you sound. You add your company name, logo, website, and design theme, then fill in what you offer, how customers use your product, your brand story, and your competitive landscape. Blu pulls from this every time it generates content.

Customer Profiles are your ICPs, built as named personas with role, company size, key motivations, pain points, and primary risk. Blu uses these to tailor messaging to the right audience. You can add multiple profiles, for example a founder at an 8 to 50 person company and an enterprise buyer at 2,500 plus employees, and Blu will write differently for each.

Company Knowledge is the library of sources every Blu agent draws from when answering questions or generating assets. You can upload website subdomains, documents like your company mission or brand guidelines, and Q&A sets covering sales, product help, or returns. Any time you edit a source, you train all agents to reflect the update.

Edit or upload a new source and hit Train All Agents. Blu flags any sources with untrained changes so you always know when agents are working from outdated information.

Yes. Each upload and edit is tracked by team member so you can see who added what and when. Anyone with access can upload knowledge, edit profiles, or update brand identity.

Every asset Blu generates, whether an email, ad, or copy block, references Identity for tone and positioning, Customer Profiles for audience targeting, and Company Knowledge for factual accuracy. The Brand Kit removes the need to re-brief Blu on who you are with every new task.

Blu will still generate assets, but the output will be more generic. The more complete your Identity, Customer Profiles, and Company Knowledge are, the more specific and accurate everything Blu produces becomes.
