Braze does not publish pricing. Every deal starts with a sales call, continues through a security review, and ends with a contract negotiation. Most teams report 3-6 months from first call to go-live. If you need to start sending next week, Braze is not an option.

Braze charges on MAU plus Flexible Credits for messages. At 500K MAU with moderate messaging, you are looking at $100K-$150K/year. The MAU tier determines your base cost, and credits on top determine your messaging volume. Two scaling dimensions, neither predictable.
